This was a fun project, we got a 365XL with a RomeoZero in and had no plans.  We jumped out on the web and just started looking over video game guns.  We found a cool design from HALO with a bunch of colors and decided to do a loose HALO UNSC theme.  We cut in the grip area by hand, and used our laser to cut the shield, the rest is all hard work.  We started with a base layer of Crushed Silver, then layered on Multicam Dark Green, Crimson, Corvette Yellow, and then Carbon.  And yes, we did the optic too.
